We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse/ Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring that all instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use.
Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to enhance patient experience.
Maintain an organised and clean work environment, including sterilisation of instruments and equipment.
Utilise IT systems effectively for record keeping and communication within the practice.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is essential.
Strong command of English to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Proven ability to provide excellent patient care with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with dental software systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
A genuine interest in the field of dentistry and a desire to contribute positively to patient outcomes.
