We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our friendly dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Nurse, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organised environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised. Provide high-quality patient care, addressing any concerns or queries patients may have regarding their treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Maintain an organised and tidy work environment, including the cleaning of dental equipment and surgery areas. Communicate effectively with both patients and team members to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or experience in a dental setting is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being capable of working independently when required.
