Job Title: Dental Nurse - Private Dental Practice

Location: Wandsworth
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 14.00-17.50 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 42.5 per week | Monday-Friday | 2 Saturdays per month
Start Date: ASAP

We are a high-end private dental practice located in the heart of Sout West London, known for delivering outstanding patient care in a modern and welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a wide range of procedures Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment Ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols and cross-infection policies Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy, and fully stocked Support clinicians in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care Update and maintain accurate patient records Assist with administrative tasks and liaise with the front-of-house team Occasionally work at sister practices if required

Requirements

GDC-registered Dental Nurse

(essential) Minimum

2 years' experience in a dental nursing role

(private practice preferred) Excellent knowledge of cross-infection control and decontamination procedures Confident assisting with a variety of treatments (general, cosmetic, implants, etc.) Friendly, calm, and professional approach with patients Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent communication and teamwork skills Smart, professional appearance and positive attitude

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing or equivalent (required)
