Salary: Up to 17.00 per hour (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday + 2 Saturdays per month

We're seeking an experienced Dental Nurse to join our close-knit, professional team. If you're organised, confident, and passionate about quality care, this role offers a fantastic chance to grow your career in a busy, well-equipped practice.

Your Role

You'll provide vital clinical support across a broad range of treatments -- from general dentistry to cosmetic and implant work. You'll be a key part of the patient journey, helping to deliver smooth, high-quality care with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside assistance for dentists during general, cosmetic, implant, and surgical procedures Preparation and maintenance of instruments, materials, and treatment areas Strict adherence to infection control and cross-infection protocols Ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organised, and fully stocked Collaborating closely with the clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless patient flow Supporting digital workflows including scanning and photography where trained Accurate record keeping and documentation of clinical procedures Occasional support across sister practices within the Direct Dental Group
About You

GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential) At least 3 years' experience in dental nursing, preferably in private practice Confident and capable assisting across a wide variety of dental treatments Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused approach Well organised and able to multitask in a busy environment Positive, professional, and a team player
Desirable:

Additional qualifications in Radiography, Sedation (SAAD), or Intraoral Scanning Experience with clinical photography and/or Treatment Coordination (TCO) Comfortable with digital dental systems and workflows
