We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide exceptional patient care by welcoming patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment to uphold safety standards. Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort levels during procedures, providing support as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote overall dental health. Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and nursing practices relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Certification in dental nursing or relevant qualifications is an advantage but not mandatory for all applicants.
