Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join us at Ripley Dental. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatments. This position requires a strong commitment to patient welfare, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues.

Duties

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with CQC and HTM 01-05 regulations. Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring all information is up to date and confidential. Support the dental team in administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory of dental supplies.

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Competence in IT systems relevant to dental practice management for accurate record keeping. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, fostering a positive experience for patients during their visits.

We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants.
