Job Description
Dental nurse required! An exciting opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic individual to be a part of our team at our new mixed nhs & private practice. Our ideal candidate should be friendly, hardworking, positive and focused in providing excellent patient care.
Hours: Hours to be discussed - Up to 40 hours between the hours of 8:45am-6pm Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays 08:45am - 1pm
Requirements:
Must be Hep B vaccinated
GCSE Maths & EnglishTo be enrolled onto dental nursing course if trainee
You will be expected to be in surgery and learn on the job with the support of a nurse buddy, your Practice Manager & course assessorMain duties:
Greeting the patients, making sure they are settled and ready for their appointment Assist the dentist during all procedures, set up and clean down the room for each patient, follow infection control when sterilising instruments, care for and support the patient and work the computer system Charting key dental information during the appointment Keeping the surgery clean and tidy and managing infection control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 14.00 per hour
