Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist/Nurse to join our team at Teamcare Dental Practice in Bedford. This role is vital in ensuring smooth patient interactions and supporting our commitment to quality dental care.

Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently. Provide accurate information about treatments and services. Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff. Handle administrative tasks using IT systems. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Support the team with organizational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organisational abilities. Proficiency with IT systems relevant to reception duties. Ability to handle patient care with empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus but not essential. Nursing experience is not required but can be advantageous.
