Job Description

We are looking for a qualified dental nurse/receptionist at Carlton Dental Care. We can be flexible on part time or full time. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys varied busy days please contact us!

Dental nurse Duties:
- Assist the dentist with exams & other dental procedures
- Decontamination of instruments
- Surgery maintained with good stock levels & a high level of cleanliness
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Reception duties:

- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism

- Managing appointments and maintaining the clinic diary

- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner

- Taking payments and handling administrative tasks

- Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

Qualifications:

- GDC registered or previous experience as dental nurse preferred.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 23 - 39 per week
