We are looking for a

Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist

to join our friendly and professional team at Orthoplus Hemel Ltd, right in the heart of Hemel Hempstead.
You'll be working in a busy NHS/Private Orthodontic Practice where patient care is always the top priority.
Orthodontic experience is preferred, but

full training will be provided

Role & Responsibilities

Assist the Clinician/Orthodontic Therapist in orthodontic treatments, ensuring patient comfort and quality care. Maintain dental instruments, equipment, and stock. Keep the practice clean and hygienic, taking initiative where needed. Follow protocols and procedures (full induction provided). Carry out laboratory tasks, including retainer manufacturing. Take impressions, iTero scans, and clinical photographs. Support reception duties: answering calls, booking appointments, handling payments, and patient queries.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse

- GDC registered. Indemnity insurance and full immunisations (Hep B). Right to work in the UK. Organised, diligent, and IT literate. Friendly, approachable, and professional manner. Confident, enthusiastic, and open to learning. Flexible and adaptable.

Hours:

Full-time, 5 days a week (36 hours)

Pay:

14.00-16.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
