About Us:

We are a cutting-edge dental practice featuring four modern surgeries, located in a friendly and welcoming community. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of dental services including implants, endodontics, periodontal management, aesthetics and general dentistry. Our team is known for its warm, supportive environment and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Role and Responsibilities:

Mainly reception with occasional nursing cover

- Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanour.

- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.

- Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, Reception /Nursing - 2 days a week reception, up to 1 day nursing

- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.

Nursing Duties up to 1 day a week when required

- Assist dentists during various dental procedures.

- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment.

- Ensure the surgery is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for each patient.

- Provide patient care and support, ensuring a comfortable experience.

- Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control protocols.

Requirements:

- Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration.

- Experience in a dental receptionist role is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- A friendly, patient-centred approach to care.
