Role Overview

We are currently seeking a

Dental Receptionist with Nursing Skills

to join our team full-time. This hybrid role will combine front-desk responsibilities with clinical support. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional care and service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude Manage patient records and appointments using dental software (preferably Dentally) Handle administrative and reception duties Support dentists during clinical procedures as needed

What We are Looking For

A friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for dentistry and patient care Excellent command of English and strong communication skills Customer service focused, with a proactive and positive attitude Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain punctual Previous experience as a dental nurse or receptionist is a plus Relevant certification in dental nursing is desirable
