Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar effectively.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding treatments, services, and office policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
Utilise IT systems to manage appointments, patient records, and communications efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A background in nursing or related fields would be advantageous.
Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with dental software systems, are desirable.
