Sedbergh Dental Practice is looking for a friendly, motivated
qualified Dental Receptionist / Dental Nurse
to join our welcoming team. This position is available on afull-time or part-time
basis.We are a
mixed dental practice
, providingNHS, Denplan, and private
dental care, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality treatment with a strong focus on patient care.The ideal candidate will:
Be
qualified and GDC registered
(for dental nurse applicants) Hold avalid DBS check
(or be willing to undergo one) Haveup-to-date Hepatitis B immunisation
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be organised, reliable, and a strong team player Be confident dealing with patients both face-to-face and over the phone Have experience in a mixed dental practice (preferred but not essential)Duties may include:
Chairside assistance and clinical support (for dental nurse role) Reception duties including appointment booking and patient enquiries Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control Supporting the delivery of a positive, professional patient experience
