Finest Smile Dental Studio is a fully private practice in Southbourne, with state-of-the-art equipment and a fantastic team who are dedicated to the highest possible quality of patient care. If you're an experienced Dental Nurse with a passion for patients and a desire to further your career, we're keen to hear from you. We are looking for someone who has great enthusiasm to join a team of positive, hardworking and welcoming team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work in various dental specialties, including in endodontics, implantology, advanced oral surgery, advanced cosmetic dentistry and non-surgical periodontal therapy.

The role:

Reception and Dental nurse cover with practice coordinating duties

Welcoming patients and providing direct support with their treatment Some reception work alongside clinical duties, booking appointments, managing the diaries, answering the phones and assisting patients with queries Taking responsibility for the decontamination and surgeries instruments including the management of audits, checklists Helping to organise and manage the day to day running of the practice Helping to maintain dental operating equipment Ensuring that all relevant materials and supplies are in place Working closely with our dentists, responding quickly to requests and generally keeping the surgery ready for use at all times treatment coordinating duties

Skills we're looking for:

GDC registered Dental Nurse Experience of working in a busy dental environment Customer focus and enthusiasm Ability to care for patients who may be anxious Flexibility to undertake all tasks required to provide an excellent service to ensure a successful day Ability to work independently, without direct supervision from practice management A nurse who is able to be one step ahead of the dentist at all times!
