Band 1 (Probation start):

26,520 per year

Band 2 (Post-probation):

27,560 per year

Band 3 (Extra skills such as Oral Hygiene Instruction, Scanning, Fluoride Application):

29,120 per year

Band 4 (Radiography or Lead Nurse/Supervisory role):

31,200+ per year

TCO:

Salary dependent on experience

The Role

Provide chairside support across a variety of general and cosmetic treatments Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment Deliver excellent patient care, offering reassurance and guidance throughout treatment Maintain accurate records and manage schedules using digital systems Coordinate treatments, guiding patients through their journey clearly and professionally Ensure compliance with CQC, infection control, and best practice standards Contribute positively to the team and daily operations Manage stock and equipment to ensure efficiency Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals

About You

Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential) Strong patient care skills with a calm and empathetic approach Confident communicator, able to explain treatment plans and finance clearly (for TCO role) Organised, reliable, and motivated to develop professionally Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Competent in written and spoken English, with strong IT skills
