Our Newcastle Practice was the first practice to open under the Smmmile brand in 2021. Since then we have gone from strength to strength and we now have unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our team to support our 2025 expansion plans.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) and a Registered Dental Nurse. You will be joining our existing Invisalign and Implant TCO team, so you will have bags of support to make your part of the TCO function a huge success.. You will also need to have a strong ethical selling background to be successful in this role.

We are based right in the heart of Newcastle City Centre amongst the bustling retail quarter of Grey and Northumberland Street with easy access to all local transport routes. We are only 10 minutes walk from Newcastle railway station. You will play a pivotal role in leading your patients through an artificial intelligence experience in a unique setting. We are a small team too, which means there is an emphasis on quality to both patient care and your job satisfaction. You will already have a radiology qualification or willing to train in the early stages of your employment.

We are looking for a dynamic confident individual who can bring their expertise to the treatment co-ordination role to further develop the success of our clinic.

You will need at least 2 years' experience in treatment co-ordination and be comfortable to talk to patients about their cosmetic dental procedures. A GDC registration is advantageous. Key tasks:



Welcome the patient to the store

Build relationships with patients quickly and confidently

Maintain patient trust throughout their journey

Confidently and ethically sell dental treatment in a private cosmetic setting

Provide relevant information on dental treatment plans

Follow up on consultations

Liaise with clinicians on a daily basis

Work harmoniously within the team

Spot opportunities that will lead to successful sales

Monitor and record all enquiries

Provide daily reports for submission to the group manager

Follow the patient journey from the start and be there for the patient until the end of treatment

Support all internal and marketing activities

Attend regular meetings
