Are you passionate about helping people say "yes" to life-changing dental treatment - while delivering exceptional clinical care?
At York Dental Suite, we're looking for a dedicated and dynamic
Treatment Coordinator/Dental Nurse
to join our award-winning team. This is a hybrid role, combining the interpersonal and consultative strengths of a Treatment Coordinator with the hands-on clinical excellence of a qualified Dental Nurse.
If you thrive in a dual role where no two days are the same - and where your communication skills and clinical knowledge both make a real difference - this could be your perfect next move.
What you'll do:
Assist dentists chairside during a variety of treatments, ensuring efficient and comfortable patient experiences.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to support high standards of infection control and care.
Support digital workflows, including iTero scanning.
Present treatment plans to patients with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
Explain procedures, timelines, and finance options to help patients feel informed and in control.
Address concerns and overcome objections with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Follow up with undecided patients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to guide them through their decision-making process.
Work collaboratively with clinicians, reception, and fellow nurses to ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation to completion.
Who you are:
A qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
Experienced in dental nursing and confident in supporting a range of treatments.
Previous experience in treatment coordination, reception, or sales is a bonus - but not essential. We'll train you.
Friendly, articulate, and confident communicator who builds trust quickly with patients.
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing both clinical and coordination tasks.
Comfortable using digital systems and experienced with iTero Scanning.
What you'll get:
A meaningful, hybrid position that blends clinical care with patient communication.
Comprehensive training in treatment coordination, ethical sales, and consultation psychology.
Competitive base salary with
uncapped bonuses
linked to treatment uptake.
A supportive, ambitious, and values-driven team.
A modern, fully digital practice equipped with the latest technology.
If you're a skilled dental nurse ready to expand your career and play a more influential role in your patients' journeys - we want to hear from you.
