Dental Operations Manager/ Area Business Manager - Domiciliary Dental

Location: West London (with travel across London and surrounding areas)

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + performance bonus

Hours: Full-time, permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are an innovative and fast-growing private domiciliary dental start-up, providing high-quality dental care to patients in care homes, residential settings, and the wider community.

We're seeking a strong and experienced Dental Operations Manager or Area Business Manager to play a key role in building and scaling our business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in dental operations, multi-site management, and the strategic mindset needed to help shape a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple domiciliary service areas

Support the setup, structure, and smooth running of new sites and teams

Recruit, train, and manage clinicians and support staff

Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDC, and internal governance standards

Drive efficiency, quality, and commercial performance across the business

Manage budgets, KPIs, and resource planning

Build strong partnerships with care homes, suppliers, and key stakeholders

About You

Proven experience as a Dental Operations Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Site Practice Manager

Background in private or mixed dental settings (domiciliary experience desirable)

Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Commercially minded, adaptable, and able to thrive in a start-up environment

Confident using dental software such as Dentally, SOE, EXACT, or similar
