Recently rebranded we are looking to expand our dedicated team of Dental Nurses, if your tired of the day to day and would like something new, faster paced with comprehensive training and opportunities to earn more then we might just be for you.

Having several years in general dentistry will make the transition to Orthodontics easier, the nurses really run the show, often running their own clinics all day. We are also in the unique position to be able to offer working from home when fully trained.

The practice is modern and employs a fully digital patient journey with our nursing team at the centre of the workload, the team routinely complete the following tasks :-

Taking expert clinical intra oral photos

Using the Itero scanners to create digital models

Taking the full range of Dental X-Rays (following completing the fully funded course)

Using our 3D printers to make retainers in our digital labs

If that's not enough to whet your appetite then we run a nurse grading system where you will start with us as a level one nurse (depending on ortho experience), moving on to the level 4 nurse with each grade been matched with an increase in salary, showing clear progression planning and real pay incentives to learn and do more. (not just promises)

Now the hard bit, our practice standards are very high, we treat every single patient with the upmost respect and wish to wow them enough to go away a rave about us. Your attitude is everything, we want fun, engaging team players that are willing to build relationships with patients and make them feel special, we have a large NHS contract meaning the majority of patients are under 18.
