We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinics. Responsibilities
Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff to ensure smooth practice operations
Oversee appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing processes with efficiency and accuracy
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, invoicing, and expense control
Implement human resources policies, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development programmes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, confidentiality standards, and industry protocols
Develop and maintain relationships with patients to promote satisfaction and retention
Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new patients and enhance the practice's reputation
Monitor practice performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Assist in the development of strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality
Qualifications
Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Experience in financial management, including budgeting and expense control
Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to healthcare settings
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

Professional demeanour with outstanding communication skills
