Dental Practice Manager - Exciting New Opportunity in Cambridgeshire

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice. Lead, manage, and support a dynamic team of dental professionals. Drive patient satisfaction by ensuring outstanding customer service and care. Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, practice performance, and staff schedules effectively. Foster a positive and professional working culture.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a management role within a dental or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and NHS/private dentistry regulations. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. A team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others. A proactive problem-solver who can work under pressure.

Pay:

From 35,000 - negotiable dependent upon level of experience

Full-time, Monday to Friday only
