Practice Manager: Pinner Road Dental & Aesthetic Clinic
Pinner Road Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is a family-friendly, fast-growing, single-surgery dental practice led by Dr Sheetal Kaur, a highly experienced dental practitioner with a background in maxillofacial surgery and the treatment of patients with special needs.
We are seeking an accomplished, strategically focused part-time
Practice Manager
to oversee non-clinical operations and drive sustained commercial success. The practice has a long-standing patients base, since it was set up some 35 years ago. Dr Kaur acquired the business in 2019 and has retained 97% of the original patients - a testament to the care, quality and attention to detail provided by the practice .
?The successful candidate will be the operational leader, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, improving profitability, and cultivating a performance-driven culture. This position requires an individual who thrives strategically and a commitment to developing staff both professionally and personally.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Performance Optimisation

Management Accounts Analysis:
Direct the practice's financial strategy, including advanced budgeting, expenditure control, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustained
profitability and market optimisation
. Focus on
high-value treatments
, including Invisalign/ Clear Aligners, and
recurring revenues
through aesthetic treatments and Practice Plan.

Business Optimisation:
Formulate and execute strategic plans for patient acquisition, retention, and service penetration, maintaining the practice's elite market position and short to medium term business objectives.

Brand Awareness:
Oversee online presence both directly and indirectly, working closely with and guiding the social media and website marketing teams to maximise patient reach and new patient acquisitions. Serve as a key representative of Pinner Road Dental & Aesthetics Clinic at high-profile external engagements, including industry
award evenings
enhancing the practice's reputation and network.
Operation & Compliance

Regulatory Assurance:
Maintain uncompromising adherence to all CQC regulations, clinical governance, GDPR, and health and safety protocols. Lead all audits and inspections.
Technical Oversight:
Ensure efficiency of practice IT systems and administrative workflows.
Staff Development
Training and Development:
Establish and lead structured, advanced training and mentorship programmes dedicated to the comprehensive
professional and personal development of staff
. Be known for delivering measurable improvements in team capability and career progression.

Performance Leadership:
Conduct performance reviews, work with the Principal to manage recruitment processes, and maintain a high-performance culture.

Pay: 25,000.00 per year

At least 2 years' as a dental practice manager
