The role: A ground-floor leadership opportunity

As our Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of non-clinical operations and strategic growth across all our service lines. You will have the unique challenge of integrating a variety of specialist services, building multiple high-performing teams, and ensuring a premium patient journey at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Business Growth:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive patient acquisition and retention across all service areas (dentistry, wellness, hair transplants).

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the efficient and profitable daily operations of the entire clinic, managing all administrative, clinical, and patient flow processes.

Multispecialty Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage distinct teams of professionals across dental, wellness, and hair transplant departments, fostering a unified and high-performance culture.

Financial Management:

Take full ownership of the clinic's finances, including budget management, payroll, and the development of profitable service packages.

CQC and Regulatory Compliance:

Serve as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full adherence to all regulatory standards for both dental and medical services.

Premium Patient Experience:

Design and implement a bespoke patient experience strategy to attract and retain high-end clients, ensuring unparalleled service delivery.

Marketing and Branding:

Collaborate on marketing initiatives to effectively communicate our unique multispecialty offering and establish our brand as a market leader.

The ideal candidate will have

Proven experience as a manager in a healthcare or clinic environment, with a track record of driving commercial growth. Experience managing compliance for multiple service lines, such as dental and medical aesthetics. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of specialists. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, P&L, and business development. An in-depth understanding of CQC regulations and wider healthcare compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a luxury patient journey. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the resilience to build a successful new business
