What We Offer:

Full-Time Position: 5 days per week during business hours. Typically - Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (Friday: 5:00 PM finish)

Generous Bonus Scheme:

4,000 per annum, easily achievable through 4 key performance indicators (KPIs). Contributory pension Referral reward scheme for successful referrals 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Team Culture: Work with a supportive, low-turnover team in a practice with onsite parking and a modern, fully equipped facility.

The Role:

We are searching for a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Manager to lead our exceptional team and drive the continued success of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

Managing and inspiring a fully staffed, cohesive team with low turnover.

Operational Management:

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and high standards in patient care.

Revenue Growth:

Driving KPI success and identifying growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to business development and possible future practice expansion

Patient Experience:

Ensuring exceptional service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

About You:

Experience: Background in dental or healthcare management is ideal but not essential. However business management is essential Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen to drive growth and achieve targets. Excellent Communication: Skilled in inspiring and fostering accountability within the team. Proactive Leadership: A problem solver who is quick to address issues and seeks improvement opportunities. Patient-Centric: Committed to enhancing the patient experience and achieving results. Collaborative: Adept at working with clinicians, support teams, and external stakeholders.
