of delivering exceptional dental care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

dedicated, experienced, and highly organised Dental Practice Manager

to lead our team and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the practice.

About the Role:

As our new

Practice Manager

, you will be the linchpin of our clinic - managing day-to-day operations, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, GDPR, and other relevant regulations. Manage and support a team of dental nurses, receptionists, and clinicians. Handle patient experience, including feedback and complaints. Coordinate rotas, staff recruitment, and performance management. Maintain stock control and supplier relationships. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and billing. Promote and support the growth of the practice, including marketing and patient retention strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in dental practice management (private practice experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. A sound understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve. A friendly, calm and professional manner. Experience with dental software systems (e.g. SOE/Exact) is desirable.
