We are looking for an experiencedDental Receptionist to join our 100% private, boutique dental practice located in Bexleyheath, Kent. The Role:

As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a premium experience. You will be expected to:


Provide high-quality reception and administrative support Handle patient queries promptly and professionally Keep the Practice Manager and team updated with any relevant patient feedback Manage invoices, deliveries, and data collection regarding treatment outcomes Work closely with the lead dental nurse and management teams Maintain accurate financial transactions in line with our credit policy Participate in team meetings and relevant training sessions
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental reception role Experience in a private dental practice (advantageous) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable working in a luxury, patient-facing setting Strong administrative and IT skills, including MS Excel Confident in making day-to-day decisions aligned with our brand values Well-organised, with high attention to detail and multitasking ability Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
