Dental Receptionist with administrative skills
to join our friendly dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth daily operations of the practice. Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Manage the scheduling of appointments, including bookings, reschedules, and confirmations.
Handle patient inquiries in person, via phone, and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate closely with dental staff to ensure smooth communication about patient care.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, practice development, and office supply inventory management.
Ensure all tasks comply with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in IT and office software; experience with dental practice management software "Dentally" is a plus.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
