Job description
Perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction Deliver an excellent patient experience including patient enquiries, telephone calls, emails, receiving and managing patient arrivals and booking of appointments Keep patient records and reminders up to date Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organisations as required, keeping records of laboratory work in and out Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration, pay, and service conditions
Candidates should have the following attributes::
Previous experience working in Dental Practice Reception (preferred) Possible experience as a dental nurse ideal, but not mandatory. Having experience in a fast paced environment Excellent 'front of house manner' - proficient in emails and word. Excellent time management Smart and presentable good spoken and written English
