Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations. Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Manage correspondence and communication with patients. Support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
