Dental Receptionist (with potential Treatment Coordinator role)

We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our warm, family-run practice - Edward Byrne Associates, part of the award-winning Kana Health Group.

If you're friendly, organised, and love working in a buzzing team environment, we'd love to hear from you! This role could also evolve to include part-time Treatment Coordination for the right candidate who's keen to develop their skills further.

Your Role

You'll be the welcoming face and voice of Edward Byrne Associates, ensuring every patient's journey is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Your key duties will include:

Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile Managing appointments and handling phone calls efficiently Maintaining and updating patient records Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Providing outstanding customer service and communication (Optional) Taking on Treatment Coordination responsibilities - helping patients understand their treatment plans and options with confidence
