The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar to optimise patient flow.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming for patients.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with experience in an dental environment preferred.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in using office software and dental management systems is advantageous.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour.
A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records and scheduling.
