We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation of the front office, contributing to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the practice.
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing strong organisational skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and dental software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
