Dental Receptionist Required - North Hill Dental Care, Layer Road, Colchester

Full-Time Position, Monday-Friday (8.15AM-5.45PM)

are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join us at our practice, North Hill Dental Care located in Layer Road, Colchester.

This is an opportunity to join a great practice team which has recently been acquired into the group. The successful candidate will receive a great deal of support and development, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be lots of progression opportunities available.

About the role:

Hours - we are specifically looking for a full-time candidate to join our reception team on Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:45pm

About you:

Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is desirable for this position, but not essential. A background in customer service is essential, however

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload Results driven, with excellent attention to detail and a positive and friendly personality Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
