Ours is a NHS and Private Dental Practice located in Colchester. An opportunity has opened-up for an experienced receptionist/administrator to work in a beautiful modern friendly state of the art dental practice. The candidate must have a high level of administrative customer facing experience to be considered for the role. Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not mandatory - applicants with experience in any dental software is preferred whilst any experience with 'Software of Excellence' would be an added advantage.
Candidate should be friendly, positive, helpful, approachable with a pleasant and affable personality. This would be a temporary short term contract.

Receptionist Role with 5 years of Reception Experience.
Essentials:
Friendly, helpful and approachable personality Should have knowledge of use of computers (Word/Excel) Well presented with a high level of administrative experience - must have experience of customer service and administrative skills Good command of the English Language (Written and spoken) Positive and can-do attitude Experience of previous reception work Must be able to work under pressure and be flexible Must have knowledge of how to use computers Would be an advantage if worked in Dental Industry before with knowledge of any dental software
