Middleton St George Dental Care is looking for a receptionist to join our expanding team. This person needs to be a bubbly proactive team player and passionate about providing all patients exceptional customer service and offering a 5-star concierge-style service to all our customers.
What's the practice like?
We are a busy, fully private, 4 surgery practice situated in a village, with on-site parking.
The practice has recently been refurbished, is currently being extended and is a stunning environment to work in.
We are fully digital and use the latest technology such as intraoral scanners, CBCT scanners, digital X-rays, 3D printing etc.
Our vision is to help our patients achieve dental health for life; to do this we strive to provide a comfortable, pain-free experience with personalised customer service.
The role?
We are looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and can provide outstanding customer service.
Experience of working in a customer facing role within a health care or hospitality setting is essential for this position.
The position is full time plus occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
The key requirements for this role:
Extremely clear and concise communication skills to be able to deal with all customers on the telephone and in person.
The ability to always maintain a professional image.
. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health regulations in all interactions.
A methodical approach and extremely well-organised to perform this role to a high standard.
You must be able to work calmly under pressure, prioritising the work to ensure deadlines are met.
Providing bespoke customised service to each patient to ensure that they have the right knowledge and support to assist with their treatment.
You must be computer literate, having experience working with excel and word.
Proactive diary management arranging and rearranging appointments as appropriate.
Good administration skills to ensure all correspondence is completed as needed.
