Summary

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Gentle Care Droitwich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient reception experience while supporting the overall operations of the practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dentists Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation. Assist with patient payments as needed. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in a Dental setting. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SOE software will be advantageous
