We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a busy dental practice. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and dental practice management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
