Dental Receptionist Required - Dental Beauty Greenwich

are currently excited to be opening a search for an additional Dental Receptionist on a

full-time

basis

for our practice located in Greenwich, Greater London.

You could be joining a great practice team, led by our Partner Dr. Tony Wong, and Practice Manager, Lauralee. The successful candidate will receive a great deal of support and development, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be lots of progression opportunities available.

The role:

Hours - we are looking for a full-time applicant to join us at the practice for the following hours:

Mondays & Tuesdays (8.30AM-7.30PM)

Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays (8.30AM-5.30PM)

Alternate Saturdays (8.30AM-1.30PM

About you:

Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is highly desirable for this position, ideally with experience of Dentally software

Failing this, we would also be open to considering applicants with significant front of house experience in healthcare, hospitality etc

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload Results driven, with excellent attention to detail and a positive and friendly personality You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients You must be dedicated in delivering a fantastic experience to our patients, making them feel welcomed and comfortable when they come into practice
