to join our well-established practice in Guildford.

About Us

Sync Dental Windsor is a busy, well-established practice offering both general and specialist dentistry. As part of the wider Sync Dental group, you'll also have the opportunity to gain experience across our practices, helping you grow your knowledge and skills.

The Role

Hours:

Approx. 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, with some weekend availability required)

Location:

Based at Sync Dental Guildford, with potential opportunities to work at other practices within the group

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and ensuring a positive patient experience Managing appointments and handling patient enquiries Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Upholding data protection protocols and practice policies Supporting the wider dental team in delivering excellent service
What We're Looking For

Previous reception experience (ideally in healthcare, but not essential) Confident IT skills Experience with cash handling and data protection protocols A welcoming, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills A team player who thrives in a busy environment

Schedule

8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available Day shifts with some weekend working (alternate weekends) Overtime opportunities Holidays provided in line with contract

Guildford, GU1 2AF- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
