Dentality @ Hoddesdon is looking for a Receptionist to join our amazing team.

You don't need dental experience, but a strong background in customer service is essential. If you're friendly, organised, and love helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile - in person and over the phone Managing appointments and keeping the diary running smoothly Handling patient enquiries and supporting them through their journey Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all admin is up to date Processing payments and assisting with billing Supporting the wider team to ensure the practice runs efficiently

What We're Looking For:

A warm, professional, and confident communicator Someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail A team player who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure Previous dental or reception experience is a plus, but not essential Comfortable using computers - experience with dental software is helpful, but full training will be provided
