SimplyTeeth Hornchurch are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. The job is for a full time role.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 5.30-10PM
Duties
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and welcoming condition.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
