We are a well-established, independently owned, family focused, 3 surgery, currently in transition into a fully private, practice.

About the role: -

We are looking for a dental receptionist to join our friendly team on a part time basis. Prior reception experience is preferred, but not essential to have dental receptionist experience, as full training would be provided. You should have a professional, caring, friendly confident approach to work, colleagues, and patients.

Responsibilities: -

Dealing with calls from patients and calling them if appropriate. Using a computerised diary system to book, switch, and cancel appointments. General administration tasks Helping patients and colleagues and be proactive to take initiatives

Required skills: -

Excellent spoken and written English skills. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience working in a dental practice preferred but not essential Be a flexible and motivated team player & able to multitask. Knowledge of Software of Excellence/Exact preferred.

Schedule:-

Monday 1pm - 5.15pm Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm for training period of 4-6 weeks only. Moving to a full day on a Friday 8.30 - 4.45pm Regular hours of 11.5 per week plus overtime. Availability to cover annual leave is essential
