We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with the check-in process.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations to optimise the daily schedule.
Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures.
Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all information is up to date.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries effectively.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining an organised reception area.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the practice.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in office software applications and dental management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
Knowledge of Cloud4Dentists system is desirable.
