We are looking for an excellent Receptionist to join our team.

Working Days

Saturday 8:30 - 13:00

Monday 8:30 - 17:00

and/or Thursday

We are a private dental practice offering advanced dental treatments to a high standard using the latest technologies available.

We offer all general dental treatments as well as:

- Conscious Sedation

- Dental Implants

- Teeth in a Day

- Comprehensive Orthodontics

- Invisalign

- Minor Oral Surgery

- Facial Aesthetics

Our receptionists are the first member of our team that our patients will speak to, which means you'll get to make one of the biggest impressions.

You will be able passionate and energetic, giving a warm welcome to all those who attend the practice. You will also be a calm and reassuring presence for our more nervous patients. It doesn't matter if they're first time visitors, attending with a patient or a regular patient, you will wow them with the high level of care and attention. You'll strive to understand our patient's needs, cultivating the relationship between the practice and patient and relaying this to the rest of the team, to ensure that the patient experience is of the highest standards.

Having dental experience is desirable, but not important.

A sales background or the ability to demonstrate excellent front of house service is highly desirable.

- Clear organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately

- An excellent telephone manner, with an ability to convert enquiries and leads into appointments.

- Professional attitude to record-keeping and data protection
