Summary

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Dental Studios Croftfoot. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for dental services. Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a dental healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus but not required.
