An opportunity has arisen for a candidate with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to be the first port of call for patients at our friendly Kingston on Thames-based dental practice.
The ideal candidate will be superbly presented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have bags of initiative. Dental experience is ideal but by no means essential should you be the right candidate in all other respects. Training will be provided.
The role is for five days plus the 1st Saturday morning of the month.

To assist the business to grow and attract new patients by converting opportunities and participating in marketing campaigns in line with planned growth objectives

Billing and maintaining patient records
Assisting with front office tasks as needed
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Scheduling
Managing correspondence
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Managing website functions and social media

Submitting insurance claims
Processing payments
