Private dental practice opportunity in Liverpool.

We are a private Dental group who are rapidly growing in popularity for our exceptional patient care. We currently have multiple successful surgeries up and running across the country.

We like to think of ourselves as being different; we are not your traditional dental surgery. Our aim is to provide dental treatments to the highest standard and do everything possible to ensure every patient is welcomed. We want to change the stereotypical stigma around dental surgeries and replace it with a positive and pleasant experience for our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are seeking permanent, full-time and staff. We also offer flexible hours.

Prior dental experience is not essential.

Knowledge of Dentally Software is an advantage, however, it is

not essential

and training will be provided.

We require a hard-working member of staff who is capable of multi-tasking and who can provide an excellent experience for all our patients.

The role as a receptionist:

Welcoming patients and creating a good first impression providing excellent customer service.

Dealing with patient queries and complaints.

Arranging and scheduling appointments.

Taking phone calls and updating patient records.

Handling payments, processing refunds.

For those with no prior reception experience and are interested in a newcomer/apprentice roles - applications are still welcome as training and support is provided.

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

The role will require availability for evenings and weekends.

Salary:

Based on experience, ranging from 12.21-13 per hour.
