What you'll do:

? Welcome patients with a genuine smile and create a calm, reassuring atmosphere

? Support patients who may feel anxious, helping them feel at ease

? Manage bookings, phone calls, and patient enquiries with efficiency and care

? Clearly explain available treatments, including NHS and private care options

? Keep records accurate and organised with strong attention to detail

? Work closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly
