Duties
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and ensure a positive experience from the outset.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders to optimise patient flow.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures.
Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
Assist dental staff with administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations within the practice.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred, particularly within a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff professionally.
Proficiency in using office software and dental management systems is advantageous.
